About

Anna Smith

I'm a Prosci-certified Change Manager and HR practitioner with over twenty years navigating the human side of transformation — restructures, workforce transition, system implementations and the everyday change that comes with growth.

My career has moved between two complementary worlds: hands-on HR leadership (NEC Australia, The Personnel Group, Mantra Hospitality) and structured organisational change consulting, delivering programs for local councils, health, IT, education and private sector clients.

That mix matters. When a workforce transition or system implementation lands, I've usually sat on both sides of the table — as the HR Business Partner managing the people impact, and as the Change Manager structuring the program. It means I plan for the messy realities, not just the theoretical stakeholder map.

I also speak regularly at industry forums on change, adoption and workforce readiness.
